These terms govern access to and use of the theunnamedcompany.com site. Browsing the site means accepting them. They may change; the version in force is the one published on this page.

2. Scope

This is a showcase site: it presents the work of TheUnnamedCompany, its design practice and the products it publishes. It has no user accounts, no private area and no online service. Its only form is the TooMee one, which lets you ask for beta access and be told when the app is released; leaving your address is free and carries no commitment, you may stop taking part in the beta at any time, and removal of your address can be requested in the same way.

The apps published by TheUnnamedCompany — TooMee and SooMee — have their own terms of use, published with each product. These terms do not replace them.

3. Access to the site

Access is free and open. Connection and equipment costs remain yours. TheUnnamedCompany may change, suspend or discontinue the site without notice and without compensation.

4. Content and intellectual property

All content on the site — text, visuals, layout, code and graphic identity — belongs to TheUnnamedCompany unless stated otherwise. Any reproduction or display, in whole or in part, without prior written permission is prohibited.

The work shown is presented as references. Trademarks, logos and content belonging to clients or partners remain their property and are reproduced with their agreement.

5. Prohibited uses

• Extracting, copying or reusing all or part of the site for commercial purposes without written agreement.
• Interfering with the running or the security of the site, in particular through large-scale automated access.
• Using the identity, brand or visuals of TheUnnamedCompany in a way that creates confusion as to their origin.

6. Availability and liability

The site is provided as is, with no guarantee of uninterrupted service. TheUnnamedCompany takes reasonable steps to keep it available and to keep data secure, without being able to guarantee that no failure will occur.

The information published is given for reference and is not a contractual offer: only a signed quote or contract binds the publisher.

This site links to third-party sites, notably LinkedIn and soomee.fr. Their content is the sole responsibility of their respective publishers, over which TheUnnamedCompany has no control.
